Abstract

Imported diseases are classified according to risk of exposure, gravity, and prophylaxis. An algorithm is suggested which produces specific suggestions for prevention on the basis of the answers to three questions: 1) where are you going?, 2) how long are you staying there? and 3) what are you doing there?
