What is Cognitive Education?

Abstract

The term “cognitive education” appears difficult to define. The present special issue “What is Cognitive Education?” asked the contributors to respond to a series of 5 questions. You will see that the invited contributions from the former, current and future president(s) of IACEP, who all responded from their own theoretical and research frameworks, provide a particularly varied overview of the field of cognitive education. These differing views were brought together in a concluding integrative article.
