Abstract

Recombinant antibodies ABCD_RB869, ABCD_RB870 and ABCD_RB871 detect by ELISA a peptide from the Dictyostelium discoideum DstB protein. These antibodies do not recognize the endogenous DstB and a GFP-DstB protein stably expressed in D. discoideum cells by western blot analyses.
