Abstract

This master’s thesis focuses on developing tools for handling data in biology. It is divided into three parts, each playing a key role in the Omics field, a specialized subset of the vast domain of Bioinformatics. The first part involved updating a container to display glycoproteins, the second focused on developing a JavaScript tool to display lectins per species, and lastly, the final part implied the development of an R package designed to analyze various proteomic extraction methods.
