Abstract

The «Centre de compétences romand de didactique disciplinaire» (2Cr2D) presents an original concept for the regional development of the scientific field of subject-specific pedagogy through the cooperation of the six French-speaking Swiss universities of teacher education. With the P-9 program of swissuniversities called «Development of scientific skills in subject-specific pedagogy» and based on a few strong theoretical postulates, the center has created synergies between research networks, Master’s programs, and doctoral training in all subject-specific pedagogical fields in order to form a new solid academic generation. This cooperative center with its Swiss and international interconnections is part of the project concerning the space of teacher training in French-speaking Switzerland and contributes to the structuring of the subject-specific pedagogical field.
