The present work aims to describe and compare the ILO legal documents relating to forced labour in terms of their macrostructure, terminology and stylistic features in order to analyze the level of parallelism between the three main ILO legal instruments: the convention, the protocol and the recommendation. To this end, we relied on a qualitative, descriptive, deductive methodology to highlight defining characteristics of the object of study and translation aspects of the ILO's international labour standards on forced labour. This comparison allowed us to determine the level of homogeneity present in the structure, stylistic traits and terminology of the different ILO legal documents we studied.
