Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop a 3D co-culture system for colorectal carcinoma (CRC) cells to study the effect of drug (combination) treatment. This includes sphere culture optimization, the optimization of a co-culture system with endothelial cells (ECs) and/or fibroblasts, and treatment comparison between 2D monolayer and 3D (co-)cultures
