This disease is also revealed by the hyperactivation of β-Catenin, which is the main transcriptional factor of this pathway. In this work the interaction between the β-Catenin and Bcl9, which a transcriptional coactivator in the Wnt pathway, is targeted to identify potential hit candidates by applying a structurebased virtual screening (VS) protocol. Initially, the potential binding modes of some active compounds (Benserazide, M2916, M0509 and M066) have been identified by two different molecular docking programs: Glide and GOLD. This could provide useful information for the discovery of potential new hits.
