The second part addresses the problems encountered when translating recipes and the translation theories that can be applied in order to overcome these difficulties. This section includes examples from the translation of a selection of recipes from a Swiss recipe book entitled Au Fil des Marchés de Suisse Romande by Chef François Glauser.
