Abstract | Since 2005 the World Health Organization (WHO) "Clean Care is Safer Care" program has been promoting hand hygiene (HH) worldwide. There has been an increasing use of social networks, Twitter in particular, to disseminate health care messages, but little is known about its actors and networks. We aimed to identify who were the main communicators of information about HH in Twitter and explored their connections and use of Twitter. | |
