Abstract Central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO) is a rare disease with poor visual prognosis. We evaluated clinical effectiveness of in situ fibrinolysis with original angiographic scores describing the aspect of carotid siphon, proximal ophthalmic artery, and choroid blush.
