Abstract Frontal lobe epilepsy (FLE) frequently leads to secondary generalized tonic-clonic seizures (SGTCS). However, little is known about the clinical, electrophysiologic, and radiologic correlates of SGTCS and whether these could influence diagnosis and treatment.
