Abstract

Cet article s'intéresse à l'histoire et aux pratiques de défense auprès du Sénat de Chambéry et qui sont légalisées dans la justice des Etats de Savoie dès 1723. Il montre la nature contradictoire de la défense qui prend place dans un système inquisitoire.
