Piezoelectric coefficients obtained from the resonance admittance circle

Published inFerroelectrics, vol. 224, no. 1, p. 105-112
Publication date1999
Abstract

At piezoelectric resonance, the “best” admittance circle is obtained by a nonlinear square fit (a Newton-Raphson method) of the experimental points and is compared to a linear square fit. The piezoelectric coefficients are then computed by the motional capacitance method. Application to Mn-I boracite.
