Abstract

NMR examination of intact mustard seeds. - Using a new method of "susceptibility matching" by CCI4 we found that the Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (N.M.R.) spectrum of the intact mustard (Sinapis alba L.) seeds consists of N.M.R. !ines, originating from oil microdroplets surrounded by a solid structure.
