Abstract To assess the accuracy of preoperative computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and clinical and endoscopic tumor evaluation and to analyze the impact of these diagnostic modalities on pretherapeutic staging of hypopharyngeal carcinoma.
