Abstract

Criblage et étude de mutants d'Arabidopsis capable de réprimer la dérégulation transcriptionelle causée par une mutation du gène MET1. Grâce à un transgène exprimant la Luciférase, 4 lignées ont été isolées et caractérisées au niveau génétique et épigénétique afin de tenter d'identifier la mutation.
