Nachweis und Eigenschaften ferroelektrischer 180°-Domaenen in BiFeO3>7sub>-Einkristalen

Abstract

The 180 Deg ferroelectric domains in BiFeO3 were studied by etching. These domains appear inside ferroelastic domains. The etching occurs parallel to the direction of spontaneous polarization. The domain walls are mainly (112) type.
