Abstract

We report here a new DR4 allele, DRB10474, identified in a volunteer hematopoietic stem cell donor of the Swiss National Registry. DRB10474 differs from DRB1*040701 by two nucleotide residues resulting in a single Thr --> Asn substitution at codon 77.
