The "Muschelkalk" series from Catalan Pyrenees (Amélie-les-Bains, Masarac) is subdivided into two depositional sequences, SI and S2, correlated with the third order eustatic cycles UAA 2-2 and UAA 3-1. The High Stand Wedge limestones of the sequence S2 contain Ladino-?Carnian assemblages of benthonic Foraminifera (Aulotortidae, Triadodiscidae, Ammodiscidae) quoted for the first time in this part of Pyrenees.
