Thesis on the evolution of diagnosis and management of post-COVID, combining research, clinical care and innovation. Uniquely positioned in the Division of Primary Care Medicine with clinical and research work, especially on post-COVID during and after the pandemic, this work has allowed me and the scientific community to better understand how to care for and manage post-COVID patients. Lessons learned are from the post-COVID consultation that was established by our team at the Division of Primary Care Medicine, the research and papers published by our team on the subject, and innovation using new tools (chatbots in 2021), platform, webinars and a bidirectional exchange between professionals and patients helping to better understand the disease and symptoms.
