Abstract

Social distancing and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are among the basic non- pharmaceutical measures (NPM) to reduce respiratory transmission of the Sars-Cov2 virus. A metanalysis has scientifically validated their interest. Rules for social distancing and wearing of PPE in a spa center have been established within a health referential protocol. It has been devel- oped from work carried out within a multidisciplinary think thank organized by the French balneotherapy organizations. The implementation of this protocol, validated by the General French Directorate of Health, appears essential to ensure the safety of the patients and the staff of the spa center. We present here its main aspects.
