Abstract

With optimized imaging protocols, the enhanced signal-to-noise ratio and spatial resolution of second-generation 7T MRI enable superior detection of cortical lesions, microbleeds, and epileptic foci. These improvements in imaging may provide new avenues for targeted interventions and therapeutic decisions in neurological disorders, highlighting the potential of 7T MRI as a valuable tool in high-precision medicine.
