Abstract

The objective in the following discussion, is to determine how to produce a range of scaffolds by varying the architecture and the macroporosity to maximize the outcomes, keeping in mind that the natural trabecular bone is probably already optimized. The long-term goal is to analyze these different variants to find one or more optimal forms. In order to compare these results, it would be interesting to produce a single sample combining several different patterns in order to compare directly on the same section, minimize variation of external parameters (almost exactly the same environment) and reduce the number of animals needed.
