This internship report explores the design and evaluation of a Global Education Program on Responsible Entrepreneurship, aimed at fostering sustainable business practices specifically among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Geneva, Singapore, and Beijing. Conducted in collaboration with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and the Geneva Responsible Entrepreneurship Center (GREC) at the University of Geneva, the project integrates key concepts of sustainability and social responsibility into entrepreneurial education. The internship involved conducting a needs assessment, engaging with stakeholders through semi-structured interviews, and employing qualitative thematic analysis to inform program development. The report highlights the program’s alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), emphasizing its contributions to promoting quality education, decent work, industry innovation, responsible consumption, and global partnerships. By leveraging global collaborations and addressing diverse regional needs, the program aims to equip future entrepreneurs with the knowledge and mindset necessary to lead impactful missions on a global scale. The findings underscore possible ways of integrating responsible entrepreneurship into educational frameworks. The internship report proceeds as follows. Section 1 presents the context, problem, objectives and contribution to the SDGs. Section 2 provides the background and a review of existing literature regarding both responsible entrepreneurship and education. Section 3 includes key concepts, delves into the research question, and clarifies the conceptual framework. Section 4 introduces the methodology and how we specifically do the analysis, and Section 5 presents the results of the research. Section 6 discusses the implications, limitations of the findings, as well as possible future research. Section 7 concludes the internship report.
