Abstract

Five cellular parameters were measured throughout the journey and several days on spinach in short day or in continuous light. Time structure of daily maxima values and daily amplitudes of catalasic, peroxidasic and polyphenoloxidasic activities present a topological pattern similar in short day or in continuous light. The vegetative to floral state transition correspond with maxima or minima values of the measured enzymatic parameters.
