The tests of tiny benthic foraminifera, whose lite cycles and cytology were studied by Karl GRELL in the years 1954-1979, have been recovered from the original microscopic preparations and examined with the scanning electron microscope. The taxonomie position of six species and one subspecies described or mentioned by GRELL is revised.
