Abstract

Recent experiments on TMD heterobilayers show a multitude of charge ordered phases, which are likely Wigner-Mott crystals. In this publication we study what happens if you dope away from the fractional fillings. This leads to yet more variety of exotic charge orders, from "standard" doped Wigner-Mott crystals and charge-transfer insulators to a new charge-amorphous electron phase we call the electron slush.
