This edition was prepared in the context of the SNSF projects “Edition of the omen series Šumma ālu” and “Typology and potential of the excerpt tablets of Šumma ālu” . It represents a working draft and will be regularly updated. These new versions will also be made available in the Archive ouverte of the University of Geneva. In due time, the final version will be published online as part of a new Šumma ālu edition, hosted on the “Electronic Babylonian Literature (eBL)” website.
