Abstract

Intramolecular allylations, combined with either β-eliminations (1 → 2) or carbonylations (10 → 12 + 13 , 14 → 16 and 17 → 19 + 20) were catalyzed by Pt(PPh₃)₄, Ni(COD)/dppb, or Ni(CO)₃PPh₃, respectively. Cyclizations of dienylacetates I → II, dienylhalides I → III + IV and enynylhalides I → V + IV were catalyzed by Ni°-complexes without or with CO/MeOH.
