Abstract

  • This mechanistic study follows the previous studIies DOI: 10.1016/j.bbrc.2019.06.154 and 10.1016/j.neo.2021.06.009 in which we investigate a strategy to reduce the proportion of slow-proliferating HuRLow highly plastic cells in order to overcome the adaptive response/resistance of solid malignancies to small-molecule targeted therapies. The work is performed again in the paradigmatic melanoma model of adaptive resistance.
