This collective work is the result of an original process initiated by the Italian and Swiss sections of the Society of Members of the Legion of Honour, which brought together eight universities of the CIVICA network (University Bocconi Italy, Sciences-Po University, France; Hertie School, Germany; Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden; CEU, Hungary and Austria; SNSPA, Romania; European University Institute, Italy; London School of Economics, United Kingdom) as well as the University of Geneva and the association European Generation. Above all, it brought together students from all over Europe who were able to compare their visions of the future of the Eu-ropean project, analysing in particular the challenges of identity, institutions, the environment, migration, technology and the COVID. It is the plea of a generation for change.
