Abstract

This paper present the analysis of site effects in an alpine valley context using two different methods: the ground ambient noise measurement (GAN) and a 2D modeling. The results, expressed in terms of maximum amplification factor and its associated frequency, enable the elaboration of various zoning maps which are then compared and discussed.
