Abstract

A very short mapping program in FORTRAN IV is proposed and discussed employing geological and topographical examples with regularly and irregularly spaced data. Interpolation procedure is based on a local first degree polynomial function. Maps are obtained on a line printer and are comparable to those drawn manually.
