Magnetic anisotropy delineator calibration error

Abstract

Because of a fault in the calibration procedure, the values of magnetic susceptibility obtained previously with the Digico Anisotropy Delineator are substantially in error. This fault is easily rectified for new measurements, but existing results may be corrected exactly only if the components of susceptibility in the sample reference frame are known or derivable.
