Abstract

A 2021 legal analysis addresses the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's (IHRA) working definition of antisemitism. The report examines the legal implications of the definition on the domestic and foreign policy. The expert opinion was commissioned by the working group that prepared the Federal Council's report in fulfillment of Council of States member Paul Rechsteiner's postulate 19.3942 «Antisemitism definition of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA)».
