Abstract Degenerative cervical myelopathy (DCM) with spondylolisthesis remains not well defined, poorly studied, and underreported and plays a minor role in the therapeutic decision-making. Spondylolisthesis, however, is not uncommon and may result in dynamic injury to the spinal cord. We aim to describe the impact of spondylolisthesis in DCM severity and postoperative outcomes.
