Abstract

This Article focuses on what happens after the end of a contract, ie on the so-called post-contractual obligations, an issue that many domestic laws do not deal with satisfactorily. The approach is based on real life commercial contracts and on the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts (UPICC,)as well as other national and international instruments. It gives examples of drafting methods for contract drafters.
