Abstract

CComparative cultivation of an isogenic myc⁻ mutant with its myc⁺ parent proved to be a good method for evaluating the mycorrhizal field dependency of a plant in a given site. Authors applied this method to pea, analysing yield and phosphorus content with phosphorus supply in undisinfected or disinfected-reinoculated plots.
