Abstract

αS, is determined from ϒ, J/ψ and ηc decay branching ratios. Relativistic corrections, scale dependent pQCD corrections and non-perturbative corrections derived from the ϒ or J/ψ inclusive photon spectra are included. The latter, corresponding to ‘effective gluon mass' parameters ⋍ 1 GeV are essential for a consistent overall description of the data.
