Abstract

Ca2RuO4 is a multi-band Mott transition system with a ground state that is known to be sensitive to external perturbations, such as chemical substitution, pressure, strain and electric fields. In this work I utilize such sensitivity to determine its electronic structure evolution by angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) as the system is driven across the metal-insulator transition by doping, temperature and uniaxial strain.
