The research also emphasizes the role of stock exchanges and initiatives like the UN SSE in promoting gender equality. By offering insights into Southeast Asia's unique strategies, this study seeks to contribute to the global understanding of effective gender diversity policies and identify potentially replicable practices for other markets</p> Dewey 301 SACHA 197 Institut de recherches sociologiques TG 122 Département de sociologie T4 false 7f0bf04b-36d8-4d01-853e-b6cf9f0589cd Sustainable societies and social change 843f2dad-e90a-4667-88dc-f02f086f098c Master thesis Restricted SACHA_MastersThesis_VictoriiaKakhic.pdf 6579930 application/pdf f90e5967b5ec18b365224cf63b21f3847782ea13a27bc3b76286637b35bb76bc restrictedAccess Faculté des sciences de la société / Institut de recherches sociologiques Faculté des sciences de la société / Département de sociologie
