Indeed, the study aims at probing into the miscellaneous ramifications of this increasingly dangerous form of crime, with the view of providing a panoramic view thereof, an asset deemed crucial as a prerequisite to carry out translation and revision tasks in this context. It attempts to detect, analyze, and correct the language-related flaws with which the legal documents under study are fraught in the light of legal translation theories. It reveals various types of errors at the levels of terminology, language, structure, punctuation, and style. Guided by the aforementioned two-pronged objective theoretical paradigm combining the technical and legal aspects at play, the closing chapter represents an attempt at conducting a meticulous revision of the documents to provide an accurate, error-free rendition thereof.
