It aims to partially fill the existing gap in the comprehension of the relations between the quantity of details revealed by children (aged 6 to 12) interviewed using a NICHD Protocol and spontaneous non-verbal behaviors. The children were interviewed about an invasive analgenital medical exam, they recently underwent. The anal-genital exam was chosen as an analogue to a sexually invasive episode. In particular, I investigated non-verbal expressions of: shame, embarrassment and psychomotor agitation. I coded videotapes of NICHD interviews for non-verbal expressions of shame, embarrassment and psychomotor agitation, trying to establish whether those behaviors are associated with low or high disclosure...
