As schizotypy could predict such liability to developing psychosis, the current study sought to identify the underlying developmental trajectories in individuals with high schizotypy derived from diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and tractography. Healthy subjects (n=98) were clustered depending on their screenings using Schizotypal Personality Questionnaire and underwent structural MRI using a 3T scanner. TRActs Constrained by UnderLying Anatomy (TRACULA) and a general linear model (GLM) analysis were conducted. Subjects with high schizotypy displayed increased mean diffusivity (MD), radial diffusivity (RD) and axial diffusivity (AD) values in all three dimensions of schizotypy.
