STUDY LINE: We report the successful use of a continuous intravenous adenosine infusion in a 1150-g premature baby with severe persistent pulmonary hypertension, refractory to classic management with high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, oxygen therapy and inhaled nitric oxide.
