The reaction e⁺e⁻ → e⁺e⁻ι⁺ι⁻ in a single-tag configuration, has been studied at the L3 detector for ι = e, μ using 93.7 pb⁻¹ of data collected from 1991 to 1994. A measurement of the cross-section of the process is given for 1.4 < Q² < 7.6 GeV². The F₂ photon leptonic structure function is measured and the mean value of the target photon mass has been extracted by adjusting QED predictions to the data. The study of the azimuthal correlations between the scattering plane of the tagged electron and the dilepton production plane has been used to extract some, up to now unmeasured, polarized photon leptonic structure functions.
