Abstract

Research has made many discoveries about human emotions. Their important role has been confirmed; namely, emotions can impact cognitive processes such as attention and memory, and can also be guided in order to change human behavior. However, neither the role of cognitive nor emotional interventions in conflict resolution has been thoroughly explored. The present study aims to investigate the impact of perspective taking on conflict resolution.
