Abstract

This note reports ENDOR measurements performed on a V_Fcenter in natural CaF₂ crystals. It consists of an F₂⁻ molecule ion associated with an Na⁺ ion. The presence of the Na⁺ impurity seems to be characteristic of the yellow fluorites.
